LETTS360 is a training compliance platform operated by Voigt Enterprise LLC, a Florida limited liability company. References to “LETTS360,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Voigt Enterprise LLC and its LETTS360 platform.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account registration information (name, agency, email, password)
• Personnel roster data (names, titles, roles, badge/employee numbers)
• Training records (course names, completion dates, expiration dates, certificates)
• Demo request information (agency name, state, contact details)
• Support and communication correspondence

Information Collected Automatically

• Log data (IP addresses, browser type, pages accessed, timestamps)
• Usage data (features used, reports generated, actions taken within the platform)
• Authentication information (login times, session tokens)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the LETTS360 platform
• To send expiration alerts and compliance notifications to authorized users
• To respond to support requests and demo inquiries
• To maintain security, audit trails, and platform integrity
• To comply with applicable law

We do not use your agency’s training or personnel data for marketing, analytics sold to third parties, or any purpose other than operating the platform for your agency.

4. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your information. LETTS360 is built on Supabase infrastructure, which is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and ISO 27001 certified. All customer data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS. Additional protections include row-level security, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication support, and full audit logging of all data access.

5. Data Ownership and Portability

Your agency owns every training record and personnel file in LETTS360. We do not claim ownership of your data. You may export your complete data at any time by contacting us at support@letts360.com. Export is provided at no charge and without conditions, regardless of your subscription status.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterward to allow data export requests. Upon confirmed account deletion, we remove your data from active systems within 30 days. Backup copies are purged within 90 days.

7. Third-Party Services

LETTS360 uses the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure (SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA compliant)
• Vercel — application hosting and content delivery
• Stripe — payment processing (we do not store credit card numbers)

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your agency’s personnel or training data with any third party except as required to operate the services listed above or as required by law.

8. Cookies

LETTS360 uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information and your agency’s data. To exercise these rights, contact support@letts360.com. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify account administrators by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
